First, let’s get this out of the way. If you write, or want to write, you are a writer. How much experience you have, how old you are, whether you’ve been published–those things aren’t relevant. Writers write, that’s how you know if you are one.
If you were in a room with a pen and paper, and nothing else, would you start writing? You’d find another use for those materials if you weren’t a writer; you’d sketch, or make paper airplanes, or maybe take the pen apart and play with the spring.
But what YOU want to do is write, and what I want to do is help you.
